About Bulgaria:-
Bulgaria, authoritatively the Republic of Bulgaria is a nation in Southeast Europe. It is flanked by Romania toward the north, Serbia and North Macedonia toward the west, Greece, and Turkey toward the south, and the Black Sea toward the east. The capital and biggest city are Sofia; other significant urban communities are Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas. With a region of 110,994 square kilometers (42,855 sq mi), Bulgaria is Europe's sixteenth biggest nation.

Probably the soonest society in the terrains of cutting-edge Bulgaria was the Neolithic Karanovo culture, which goes back to 6,500 BC. In the sixth to third century BC, the locale was a battleground for Thracians, Persians, Celts, and antiquated Macedonians; strength came when the Roman Empire vanquished the district in AD 45. The Eastern Roman, or Byzantine, Empire lost a portion of these domains to an attacking Bulgar crowd in the late seventh century. The Bulgars established the First Bulgarian Empire in AD 681, which commanded a large portion of the Balkans and fundamentally affected Slavic societies by building up the Cyrillic content. This state went on until the mid-eleventh century when Byzantine head Basil II vanquished and destroyed it. An effective Bulgarian revolt in 1185 built up a Second Bulgarian Empire, which arrived at its pinnacle under Ivan Asen II (1218–1241). After various debilitating wars and primitive hardship, the Second Bulgarian Empire broke down in 1396 and its domains fell under the Ottoman principle for almost five centuries.

The Russo-Turkish War of 1877–78 brought about the development of the present Third Bulgarian State. Numerous ethnic Bulgarian populaces were left outside its fringes, which prompted a few clashes with its neighbors and a partnership with Germany in both universal wars. In 1946 Bulgaria turned into a one-party communist state and part of the Soviet-drove Eastern Bloc. The decision Communist Party surrendered its imposing business model on power after the upsets of 1989 and permitted multi-party races. Bulgaria at that point progressed into a vote based system and a market-based economy.

Since receiving a fair constitution in 1991, the sovereign state has been a unitary parliamentary republic with a high level of political, regulatory, and financial centralization. The number of inhabitants in 7,000,000 lives for the most part in Sofia and the capital urban areas of the 27 territories. The populace has declined since the late 1980s.

Bulgaria is an individual from the European Union, NATO, and the Council of Europe; it is an establishing condition of the Organization for Security and Co-activity in Europe (OSCE) and has sat down on the UN Security Council multiple times. Its market economy is a piece of the European Single Market and for the most part depends on administrations, trailed by industry—particularly machine building and mining—and agribusiness. Bulgaria is a creating nation and positions 52nd in the Human Development Index, the most minimal improvement rank in the EU nearby Romania. Across the board debasement is a significant financial issue; it positioned as the most degenerate nation in the European Union in 2018.

  1. According to Stanford Medical, It's really the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years more and weigh an average of 42 pounds less than we do.

(And really, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some hard exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING about "how" they eat.)

BTW, I said "HOW", and not "what"...
