They need people to act in their videos. You can work for them. You can work for more than 1 YouTube Channel on a daily, weekly, or even monthly payment basis. Like Newsreader for a News YouTube Channel, Actor in an Entertainment or Drama Episodic way YouTube Channel, or even dubbing artist in animated shows or stories YouTube Channel. You can also work as a cooking chef, drawing artist, astrologer, newsreader, actor, dancer, and so on. The list is very long because there're thousands of YouTube channels with a wide variety of categories. In which field you are creative or you have talent, or what is your specialty. It all depends on you.

From making a YouTube Channel, Making videos and editing, to uploading, you can hire people to do all this if you have some money to invest from start. You can hire people to act in your videos in any genre or category you want. A newsreader, a chef to cook, a dancer, a guitar player, a bodybuilder, a fitness expert, a prankster, a gymnastic, a stand-up comedian, etc. Anything you want. You can also hire a cameraman and editor to shoot, edit and upload your videos. If you can't even write the script for your video, you can also hire a scriptwriter too.
But if you can't do anything, you can't make it. You can't get enough fame and money from youtube. You'll have to do something if you don't want to make videos to make money on youtube. You'll have to work behind the scene.
