XOLO ERA 4X Android Smartphone Review
When you have a limited budget in your pocket and you go out to search a budget smartphone for you which could provide you all the facilities you want, then It becomes a hard candy to crush. There are hundreds of low-budget Smartphone brands in the market but 99.9% out of them are low-quality. Bad camera, bad battery backup, bad display, bad processor speed, bad built quality, etc. You must be thinking 'how a 5k priced smartphone can compare a 20k prices smartphone?' You're right, but not totally right.
Some brands are honest in their price tag. They won't loot your pocket like over the limit. If a so-called company offering a smartphone in 10k rupees, and the production and process cost of the smartphone is just 2k then the company is looting your over 5k rupees without any fear. But honest brand would price it 5-6k only. They won't take too much profit. What is the reason for their honesty, only they know but companies like this proves that humanity is still alive in the world.
One of the companies is "Xolo" a bi-product of Lava International. I've personally used a Xolo brand smartphone. It was Xolo Q1010i. I bought it in January 2015 (over 4.5 years have passed) This smartphone was amazing. The camera was 8mp fantastic camera and battery was the beast (2250 mAh). 5 inch HD IPS Display, 1 GB RAM and 16 GB Space. It was priced 9k rupees back then. Now it's available in 7k rupees. It still running smoothly without any issue.
No other companies can provide all these facilities with super quality in this price range. Even I used the Nokia Lumia 520, it was 3k more costly than Xolo q1010i but screen size was small, RAM was low, no front camera, the battery was low comparing to Xolo. Back then, Xolo was the clear winner in terms of everything (Quality, Performance, Looks, Age, Ease of Use and the main thing "Price"). Now nobody knows Xolo well even so its the best right now. The most special thing I find in every Xolo smartphone that it has a flashlight in front camera. It's a miracle for selfie lovers and TikTok users.
Maybe it can be a strategy of Xolo to being cheap with all the higher qualities because they want to survive in the market. They don't want to be disappeared like lemon, Karbon, Micromax, spice, blackberry, Motorola, and others which used to be big fishes). So don't go with Flagship phones if you have a small budget. Because in under 5k rupees, big companies would give you peanuts in a smartphone. You know it very well. For example, in Samsung's 5k budget phone, you can't find gyroscope, full HD camera, big battery, big screen, full HD or HD screen, higher RAM, volte support, dual sim, and blah blah blah. But in Xolo, you'll get all (of course with quality).
So don't hesitate, go for it!
