How to make Quinoa Dish (Recipe):-


Preparation material:- 

1 cup Quinoa
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Pint Garlic
3 Cup Water
1 Pint Red Capsicum
1/2 Cup Sweet Corn
1 Teaspoon Oregano Powder
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
1 Cucumber (finely chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 Pinch Black Pepper
Salt according to taste.

Cooking directions:-

#1 To make Quinoa, wash it with clean water and soak it in water for 5 to 10 minutes.

#2 Put salt in a vessel and heat the water and put Quinoa in it.

#3 Let it cook for at least fifteen minutes on medium heat.

#4 Separate the water from the Quinoa with a sieve.

#5 Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.

#6 Mix finely chopped vegetables and let it cook.

#7 Now add salt, black pepper, celery and mix well.

#8 Add boiled Quinoa and mix it well.

#9 Your hot Veg Quinoa Dish is ready to eat.
