WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SLEEP


What is the Best Way to Sleep?
Quality sleeping is an essential part of human health. If you can't sleep enough and sleep well, you can't remain healthy and can't get healthy. Without proper sleep, your body doesn't function well. Your eyes, your heart, your metabolism, your brain, all don't work properly and your whole body gets affected. Dozens of diseases and illness grows in the lack of a sleeping environment. So watch your sleeping pattern, time, and posture too. 

Why Sleeping Time, Pattern, and Posture is a necessary part of sleeping?
If you physically work hard, 7-8 hours of sleep is necessary for you each day. If you mentally work hard, the same applies. If you both work hard mentally and physically, at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep is essential for you. 

If we talk about sleeping patterns, some people sleep in parts. it is not healthy, if you're one of them, you must be feeling dizzy and tired all day. Sleep once and full is the key to health. People who complete their sleep at once, don't feel dizzy and tired the whole day and are more healthy than people who sleep in parts (2 or more times a day). 

Some people have compulsion due to late-night work. They sleep late at night and have to wake up early, that's why they fell slumber all day and if they sleep in parts, they feel pathetic the whole day. You can see lots of people yawing around. But who don't yawn, must be sleeping once a day for sure. 

If you want to sleep once, just wake up early and don't sleep the whole day no matter what happens. You'll feel slumber before midnight and then sleep. You'll complete your full slumber in one shot. If you do it for a week, it'll become your habit and you won't feel pathetic anymore. Just try to avoid your late-night work and do it early (before midnight). This formula doesn't apply to people whose jobs are at night (like call center and security etc). 

Sleeping posture is a very necessary part of your body. If your sleeping posture is right, you'll feel healthy. No pain in the body at all, but if it's not right, you'll feel pain in the back, neck, hands, shoulders, and chest, etc. If this habit stretches Furthermore, chronic pain can occur in these body parts and can hurt you for life or years (if not treated well). 

So what sleeping posture is right?
Sleeping on the back on a flat surface (on semi padded mattress) is the best way to sleep. Make sure your pillow is not high, the high pillow can cause neck pain and it can lead to spondylitis (a neck moving disability). Sleeping on the right shoulder with a pillow between legs is best for digestion and the heart's health. Make sure the pillow is high enough to make your head parallel to your shoulder.  If your head doesn't get parallel to your neck during sleep, you will feel utter pain on the neck and shoulder in the morning.
