At the young age of 16, she became hopelessly enamored with Ramnik Lal who was her dad's bookkeeper. They ran off to Mumbai and got hitched. Yet, her entire life flipped around as he offered her to a massage parlor in Kamathipura for Rs 500 where she powerfully needed to begin prostitution. Afterward, she turned into a strong house of ill-repute madame Gangubai Kathiawadi and won the appointment of the area where she resided (Kamathipura).
